Currently, these devices do not qualify as a drug delivery product and are not being regulated by the FDA. However, they are considered as a typical tobacco product which can be purchased by anyone.

The remaining chemicals found in an electronic cigarette do not currently pose any known health concerns. Keep in mind that continued use of these devices, long-term, is not a healthy alternative to quitting the habit.
